3. Eligibility

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of completed project deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.
  • We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, libraries, methodologies, and know-how used during development unless otherwise agreed.

8. Revisions
